EHealthConx is the Web-based credentialing and Information Technology affiliate of The Emergency Ultrasound Course. Our mission is to create the following:

- Other Web-based and e-Learning software tools and services for physicians
Over the next 5-10 years, use of handheld and other mobile ultrasound devices directly by physicians is expected to grow explosively. Research confirms that mobile ultrasound when used by physicians in emergency situations ultimately reduces the cost of care through faster diagnosis and, more importantly, save lives!
However, as medical technologies rapidly advances so do the challenges of finding appropriate ways to training physicians to use these new technologies. EHealthConx and our affiliate, The Emergency Ultrasound Course, have come to realize that classroom training, although an effective first step, alone is insufficient to help physicians and health institutions become fully proficient to effectively use new clinician-based mobile ultrasound tools.
Ultrasound Credentialing Portal for emergency physicians, handheld and other mobile ultrasound devices have already become the digital stethoscope of the 21st century. Other medical specialties such as internal medicine, family practice, etc. are in the earlier stages of adoption but are also expected to embrace mobile ultrasound as a practice tool.
To help physicians with the types of training they need, we offer advanced ultrasound credentialing portal. This service allows emergency physicians initially to securely submit ultrasound exam folders over the Internet to receive review and quality assurance feedback from qualified ultrasound professionals and physicians who specialize in training other physicians to use mobile ultrasound.
Of particular importance is receiving the type of direct hands-on feedback that is typically hard to find locally but absolutely essential to become credentialed to use mobile ultrasound. Our service is specifically geared to helping emergency physicians and the institutions they service quickly address their needs for competent over read reviews and QA performed to meet local institutional credentialing standards for emergency ultrasound.
EHealthConx provides a cadre of qualified ultrasound reviewers and physician/academics who stand ready to provide feedback to physicians who have been trained to use mobile ultrasound but need some to stand over their shoulders virtually as they train to use ultrasound in live clinical situations.
